Privacy

Privacy at Evoqode.

This notice explains how Evoqode may collect, use and protect personal information when you visit the website, make an enquiry or interact with Evoqode online.

Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the website, Evoqode may collect information such as your name, email address, organisation, enquiry details and any information you choose to provide when contacting us. If you request the newsletter, Evoqode also collects your email address and your explicit newsletter consent.

How information may be used

Personal information may be used to respond to enquiries, communicate about potential or existing projects, provide requested services, administer the website and improve Evoqode's digital services. Newsletter information is used to send the Evoqode newsletter and related news, insights and product updates that you have requested.

Legal basis

Depending on the circumstances, information may be processed because it is necessary to respond to a request, take steps towards entering into a contract, fulfil contractual obligations, meet legal requirements or pursue legitimate business interests. Newsletter marketing is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Newsletter communications

Newsletter signup requires a separate affirmative choice. A general contact-form submission does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

HubSpot processes and manages newsletter subscriptions for Evoqode, including double opt-in confirmation, subscription preferences and unsubscribe status. You can withdraw your consent using the unsubscribe or preferences link in a newsletter email.

Sharing information

Evoqode does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with trusted service providers where necessary to operate the website or deliver services, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Data retention

Personal information will be kept only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, contractual and operational requirements.

Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss.

Your rights

Depending on applicable data-protection law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability.

You may also have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority if you believe your personal information has been handled incorrectly.

Third-party services

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help identify automated or abusive submissions. Contact messages and acknowledgement emails are delivered through Microsoft Graph and Microsoft 365. Information submitted through the form may be processed by these services as part of providing those functions. HubSpot processes newsletter signup information and manages newsletter subscription status for Evoqode.
